Gabriele has spent over two decades working every level of the hospitality industry, from line cook to fine dining chef to Michelin-star kitchen to owning his own restaurant. He has lived every version of the problem FoodVision23 solves.
He knows what it feels like when the phone rings during Saturday service and there's no one to answer it. He knows the math of thin margins and the weight of responsibility that comes with running a hospitality business. That knowledge isn't background, it's embedded in every decision he makes building this company.

Nathalie spent 15 years selling technology solutions across industries, developing a deep understanding of what good software looks like and more importantly, what bad implementation costs a business.
Then she did something most tech executives never do: she went and worked the floor. She ran a restaurant with Gabriele, experiencing firsthand the gap between what technology promises and what hospitality actually needs. She has seen the problem from both sides, and that dual perspective is what makes her approach to building FoodVision23 unlike anyone else in this space.
