Welcome to FoodVision23. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FoodVision23 platform, including our AI modules, dashboards, and connected services (“Services”).
By signing up, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Overview

FoodVision23 provides AI-driven software for restaurants and hospitality businesses, including tools for menu optimization, cost analysis, review management, marketing automations, and data analytics.

3. Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent their business.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Services are offered via monthly or annual subscription through Stripe.

Prices are listed in EUR and will vary based on the choice of the service.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled one month before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled in accordance with EU consumer law and our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including:

violating data-protection or privacy laws;

uploading illegal content;

attempting to reverse engineer or resell the software without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, and materials within FoodVision23 are owned by FoodVision23 LTD or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your own uploaded content (menus, images, business data).

7. Data Protection & Privacy

FoodVision23 complies with GDPR and other applicable data-protection laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process data.

8. Service Availability & Updates

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance.
We may update or discontinue specific features at any time, with prior notice where possible.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
FoodVision23 may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodVision23 LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.
